We work through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta. No unofficial gateways and no web-client automation.
The business connects its own number
The owner completes Meta's official onboarding window and grants access. The phone number, the WhatsApp Business account and the message history remain their property.
POTOK receives only what was granted
Messages, contacts and statistics for that number, so the owner sees everything in one place and the agent can reply. We do not send messages to people who did not opt in and we do not sell data to third parties.
Access can be revoked at any time
From WhatsApp Business settings or from the POTOK account. On request we delete all of the company's data — how to request deletion.
